Client Overview:

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is an energy company that serves 16 million Californians across a 70,000-square-mile service area in Northern and Central California.

Project Overview:

GNA worked with PG&E to launch its new EV Fleet program, which helps medium- and heavy-duty fleet managers easily and cost-effectively install charging infrastructure. To help the program meet its deployment goals, GNA first helped PG&E identify key customer segments (e.g., school districts, local delivery, refuse) to target based on vehicle and funding availability.

Next, our team developed a strategy for a multi-faceted outreach campaign to garner as many qualified leads as possible. The initial outreach campaign included a series of introductory email marketing campaigns with messaging that focused on key benefits of electrification for fleet managers, paired with content-rich call-to-actions to encourage a high rate of lead conversation (e.g., short videos, early adopter fleet case studies, educational webinars).

Additionally, our team facilitated a series of educational webinars to introduce PG&E’s EV Fleet program, as well as spotlight available vehicles, stackable incentives, and early lessons learned. Each webinar had more than 400 registrations.
